Mother In Minna Abandons Children On A Train To Kaduna Over El-Rufai's Free Food

 

According to a twitter user, these small boys were seen on a train today in Kaduna. They were allegedly sent from Minna to come to Kaduna state because of "governor El-Rufai's free school feeding programme". 

If anyone knows their family, he or she should contact the appropriate authorities.
